Working with you every step of the way, our approach is very much one of working in partnership with you the landowner.
The journey together will typically include the following steps.

Identifying a site with potential. We like to think that we have an eye for an opportunity. We have an in depth understanding of the planning policy framework at a national and local level which helps us to identify sites which have real potential. We will therefore complete the initial leg work to establish whether the planning framework will support a case for planning permission.

Establishing a partnership agreement with landowner. We will work with you as landowner to prepare and agree a contractual framework which will set down the agreement to promote the land and sell it on the open market with planning permission.

Site promotion. We will take responsibility for procuring a planning permission. This may include a multi stage process including initial discussions with the local planning authority, representations through the Development Plan, securing a land allocation, preparing a planning application including working with the local community to secure support, submitting a planning application, negotiating a successful outcome to a planning application.

Site sale. Once planning permission is secured we will manage the disposal process on your behalf. Our reward for managing the whole process summarised in the four steps above will be a percentage of the sale proceeds.
