Since 2018, Land Partnership Developments has been working with landowners and Local stakeholders to promote a mixed development of residential and community sports facilities in Leigh Sinton, Worcestershire. In September 2022 planning permission was secured for 52 new homes with provisions to transfer of land for community recreation and sport. LPD subsequently secured reserved matters approval and has been working with its landowner client on the site disposal.

The land is within an area which has been identified for a New Settlement by draft policies in the South Worcestershire Development Review. Land Partnership Developments are pleased to announce their latest exciting development at Webheath near Redditch. Bringing together 5 landowners, we prepared a planning application for residential development with supporting technical studies. Permission was granted for up to 80 houses in August 2016. The site has now been sold after receiving 13 offers. The whole process was completed to the satisfaction of the landowners.
