John has over 25 years experience in the private and public sector and has held senior management positions within development companies and planning consultancies. John’s principal area of expertise is within the residential sector having worked directly for Bryant Homes and Westbury Homes. John is now using the experience and knowledge of planning applications and site purchase to work with clients on the planning application, site promotion and disposal process. John takes a lead role in appraising development opportunities which come through the practice and manages the promotion of those opportunities.
Andrew Josephs
Director of Environment
Andrew has worked at a Senior Level in environmental assessment and planning since 1992. He is recognised as one of the UK’s leading cultural heritage consultants and his expertise in resolving apparently intractable problems on sites with heritage constraints has led to him being retained by many blue-chip clients. His work takes him across Europe and this broad knowledge-base provides an insight into design, methods and strategies in other countries that can give an edge to UK based developments.
Kenny Brown
Director of Urban Design & Masterplanning
Kenny has over 18 years’ urban design and masterplanning experience in the private and public sectors. He has masterplanned a large number of housing and mixed use schemes which have obtained planning consent and ultimately been constructed. Kenny has a particular expertise in designing schemes that overcome site constraints and achieve planning permission. His clients include landowners, national housebuilders, development companies and local authorities.
