Land Partnership Developments are pleased to announce their latest exciting development at Webheath near Redditch. Bringing together 5 landowners, we prepared a planning application for residential development with supporting technical studies. Permission was granted for up to 80 houses in August 2016. The site has now been sold after receiving 13 offers. The whole process was completed to the satisfaction of the landowners.
